    Hey guys,

Is there any way to memorise intervals? One way I heard was to associate intervals with music. That only works for a few of the intervals for me. E.g. Amazing Grace = P4, Star Wars = P5.
Aside from just playing the intervals over and over again, is there anything else I can do?

Hi @m, and sorry for the late reply.

There are three main approaches to learning intervals. One is the “reference songs” method you refer to.

I’d recommend this article for an overview of all three, and then the other resources on our Intervals page.
