I was talking to a friend about how the guitar is a monorythmic instrument while the drums and the piano can have two and even 4 rythsm happening a once. Sure if you play guitar like a piano by tapping with both hands it can have more than one rythm, but when you play it as it was meant to be played with one hand for fretting and the other for strumming or picking, there is only one rythm going on at all times.

    Would you guys agree?
