I am always looking for new chord progressions and trying to work out what the progression in every song is
Any other song writers out there? If so, what is your favorite progression?
I will get the ball rolling by saying that the progression I use again and again is A E F#m D which is I V vi IV. This is the same progression as C G Am F or G D Em C. For some reason I really like the sound of A E F#m D though.
Sometimes I play a G instead of the E. I don’t know what that’s called! but it really adds a flair
