I’m curious if any music of today will stand the test of time. Will ANY of it be heard in even five years?
I’m sure there are lots of modern songs that will stick around, especially in the next five years (which I feel is pretty short-term). Music styles come and go, but there will always be emotion associated with it.
Oh sure. Stuff from today will still be around. People always associate certain songs with times in their lives, there are throwback stations, kids coming up just discovering stuff that was out before. Countless scenarios to keep things alive
